Finally a Sale for Meg Ryan

We won't blame Meg Ryan if she throws a big party this weekend. According to the Los Angeles Times, the actress finally sold her Bel-Air home after four years on the market. While the final sale price of $11 million is certainly less than the staggering $19.5 million Ryan originally wanted, we imagine she's quite relieved to have finally unloaded her Spanish-style abode.

Ryan's inability to unload her casa is no secret. Perhaps, it had to do with the price tag. Zillow reports that the median list price for homes in Bel Air is $2.599 million.
