Inside Chris Brown’s Sweet New Bachelor Pad

It looks like Chris Brown has scored some sweet new digs after vacating his West Hollywood condo earlier this month after reportedly pissing off his neighbors with loud parties, vandalism and dog racing in the condo building's hallways. The R&B singer-songwriter's new swanky bachelor pad set Brown back about $1.5 million, but at least it's isolated enough where he can throw as many loud ragers and race as many dogs as he pleases, without ticked off neighbors getting in his way. After sparring with his neighbors in their West Hollywood condo building for so many months it looks like Brown finally got the hint to seek privacy. His modern home, perched atop the Hollywood Hills, reportedly soars more than 100 feet above the street and is only accessible via an exterior thigh-burning staircase or private elevator.

Not only does Brown now have himself a nice lil' party pad, but he got it at a steep discount. The home was originally listed in 2009 for $2.699 million, but Brown reportedly paid only $1.55 million for the modern spread.

Designed by architect Jay Vanos, Brown's swanky digs come with three bedrooms and close to 2,500 square feet of interior living space.

Brown's home is completely decked out with sweet amenities and gadgets. There's a state-of-the-art audio and video security systems, Crestron home automation system, and a green roof.

While we can't imagine Brown ever tiring of this new modern spread, if he ever does, he at least has his WeHo condo (and his enemy neighbors) to return to--Brown hasn't even listed his former condo unit.

The spacious home will provide Brown with plenty of space to race dogs, which is one reason the tenants of his former condo building fought for him to leave.
