A Nova Scotia police constable spotted 3-year-old Declan Tramley stopping his plastic motorcycle at a ferry terminal no-parking zone, and he wrote the boy a fake ticket. A picture of the event has gone viral, showing the constable writing the ticket as Tramley facepalms himself. The constable said he wanted to show "the fun side of police work."
