The July 31 death of a Vienna man is now being investigated by Fairfax County Police as a homicide.
Eric John Larocque, 33, was found unresponsive in his home at 1822 Midlothian Court about 6:30 p.m. Friday. He appeared to have suffered a gunshot wound to his upper body.
The search warrant for Larocque’s home shows police found several items, including a bullet, bloodstained bedding and the victim's body.
The investigation is ongoing. The Office of the State Medical Examiner will determine Larocque’s cause of death.
