A student at the University of Maryland reported that a man exposed his genitals to her in McKeldin Library on Wednesday evening.
The man was sitting at a desk near her the when the incident happened shortly before 7 p.m.
Campus police responded but did not find the suspect. He is described as about 40 years old, with facial hair. He was wearing a red knit hat and black jacket.
