D.C. police released surveillance video of a man wanted for shooting and killing 22-year-old Kevin Owens on Martin Luther King Day.
The shooting was reported around 2 p.m. in the 3400 block of 13th Place SE. Owens was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and later pronounced dead.
Last week, police arrested 21-year-old Markell Alston in connection with the murder, but say they're looking for a second suspect, seen in the above video.
