The Dulles Toll Road reopen Tuesday morning following a serious accident involving a police cruiser.
Part of the roadway was closed overnight as crews removed the mangled cruiser, UPS truck and car early Tuesday morning.
Several people were rushed to an area hospital; their conditions are not known at this time.
