Montgomery County police are identifying a man whose body was found on a grassy area by the Capital Beltway in Silver Spring.
Police said Thursday that the man has been identified as 31-year-old Honorio Nava-Paredes of Washington, D.C. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy but has not ruled on a cause and manner of death.

Police say a passerby spotted a body Tuesday morning off the right shoulder of the inner loop between Georgia Avenue and Colesville Road. Police were investigating the case as a ``suspicious death.''
