A person on the tracks at the Van Dorn Street Metro station disrupted the Friday morning commute.
Metro reports that a train there struck a person around 7:15 a.m. Metro said after an initial investigation, officials believe the person intentionally stepped in front of the train.
For two hours, trains were single-tracking near the station. At 10 a.m., Metro reported the investigation was over and trains were moving on a normal schedule.
