A 43-year-old Philadelphia woman who was last seen nearly two weeks ago in Northern Virginia has been found.
Wendy Fougy was last seen at her job in the 3200 block of Jermantown Road in Fairfax, Virginia Aug. 7. As a civil engineer, she worked on the Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant in White Plains, Maryland.
According to Fougy's sister, she was found in New Jersey Tuesday in good condition.
