An overturned truck backed up traffic in Maryland during rush hour Tuesday evening.
A cement truck collided with another vehicle on the MD-355/Rockville Pike ramp to the Inner Loop of the Beltway in Bethesda, blocking the ramp.
The driver of the truck was trapped but has been freed and taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Hazmat was called for a large fuel leak.
