Mind Your Manners on Metro

WASHINGTON -- Metro wants you -- you, the one with your bag occupying the seat next to you and your legs stretched across the seats by the door -- to mind your manners.

The transit agency has launched a new priority seating campaign to remind people that priority seats located near the center doors of every rail car are meant for senior citizens and people with disabilities.

New signs with arrows pointing to the seats have been installed in each rail car as a reminder.

Metro also has posted new ads and has been handing out flyers.
