Top aides didn't get a raise this year. The likes of Robert Gibbs, Rahm Emmanuel, Jim Messina and Susan Sher are earning $172,200. Maybe Emmanuel looks so angry all the time because his deputy chiefs of staff earn as much as he does.
And Reggie Love, President Barack Obama's pick-up basketball ringer, gets $102,000.
Tops on the list, though, were "detailees" Timothy P. Love and Michael M. Hash, who the Washington Post reported work on health-care policy. Figures in 2010, doesn't it? More tea for the parties.
