Questlove and Black Thought from The Roots are performing at the Kennedy Center this weekend to celebrate the winners of a national spoken word competition.

D.C. hip-hop artist Gabriel "Asheru" Benn will host the free concert Sunday at 6 p.m, which will also feature Hill Harper from the CBS series "CSI: NY."

Tickets will be distributed beginning at 4:30 p.m. Sunday.

The concert will honor five winners of the competition focused on staying in school. The Raise Up project is part of an initiative from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting to increase the high school graduation rate.

Five student winners also will perform, including Jonathan Williams of Milwaukee, Jourdan Lee of New Orleans, Sarah O'Neal of Oakland, California, Nytesia Ross of Tyler, Texas, and Aaron Golden of Harper Woods, Michigan.
