Harper, Scherzer, Doolittle to Play in MLB All-Star Game

Washington Nationals' Bryce Harper, Max Scherzer and Sean Doolittle have been selected to play for the 2018 MLB All-Star Game.

Harper was voted in as a starting National League outfielder for the fourth-straight year. This is Harper’s sixth All-Star selection.

The Nats are the host team for this year's game on Tuesday, July 17.

Scherzer, who leads the MLB in strikeouts, is also going to his sixth-straight All-Star Game.

It will be the second-career All-Star Game for Doolittle, a pitcher.

Nationals' shortstop Trea Turner has been added to the National League All-Star final vote. Fans can vote for Turner here until 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 11.
