Prince George's County police shut down an alleged fencing operation run out of a Hyattsville, Md., hair salon.
Esther Goodwin, the owner of the salon, is in custody.
Police said they recovered $20,000 in stolen property ranging from purses to jewelry. The merchandise allegedly was stolen from local retailers.
