Adult, Child Injured After Car Crashes Into Building

A man, 28, and a child, 3, were taken to the hospital after a car smashed into a liquor store.

An adult and child were hurt when a car crashed into a liquor store in northwest D.C. Monday night, according to D.C. police.

D.C. Fire and EMS responded to a report that a car crashed into a business in the 5200 block of Georgia Avenue NW just before 5:45 p.m.

Police did not say how seriously the 28-year-old man and 3-year-old child were injured. They were taken to a hospital.
