A 16-year-old boy shot a man to death early Wednesday morning in northeast D.C., police said.

Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 1200 block of Mount Olivet Road, near Northeast Supermarket, at 12:52 a.m. They found Larry Harrell, 43, dead at the scene from a gunshot wound.
