MANASSAS, Va. -- An officer was assaulted and had a Taser stolen while dealing with a large, disorderly crowd in Dale City, according to Prince William County police.
The incident occurred shortly after 1 a.m. Saturday in the 5400 block of Mapledale Plaza. One officer responding to a fight in progress was attacked and the officer's fully loaded Taser was stolen. It has not been recovered.
Police charged 28-year-old Ebony Miller for Woodbridge with assault and battery of a police officer and disorderly conduct. Monique Charlton, 33, of Dumfries, has been charged with disorderly conduct.
