A registered sex offender has been charged with indecent exposure following an incident earlier this month, Prince William County Police announced today.
On Aug. 11, a 47-year-old woman was running on a trail in Bristow when she saw a man lower his pants and expose himself. She victim ran away and called police, who found the suspect still on the trail and arrested him.
Daniel Joseph Loving of Warrenton, Va., is being held without bond. He is due back in court Sept. 7.
Police said they hadn't released this information earlier due to their investigation.
Loving was convicted in 1993 of taking indecent liberties with children.
