Police: Woman Pinned Between Vehicles, Driver Flees

Police are searching for a driver that pinned a pedestrian between two vehicles in a parking lot on Saturday in Loudoun County, Va.

Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office were called to the 150 block of Enterprise Street in Sterling. They discovered a woman who said she was injured after being struck by another car.

The woman told police she was getting items from her trunk when a backing minivan made contact with her. She said she yelled at the driver to stop, but the driver continued and pinned her between her car and the minivan.

The minivan quickly left the parking lot at a high rate of speed.

Police said the driver is described as a fair-skinned black man in his 20s. The minivan is a tan 1998-2004 Honda Odyssey.

The victim was taken to the Lansdowne campus of Inova Loudoun Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
