ROCKVILLE, Md. -- Montgomery County police are searching for a man they believe is responsible for a string of church-related burglaries in Silver Spring.
Cash, checks and wrapped candies to be given as Christmas presents were robbed from Grace Episcopal Day School, Grace Episcopal Church, Calvary Lutheran Church and St. John the Evangelist Convent. The burglaries occurred between Dec. 19 and Dec. 28.
Police believe the four burglaries were committed by the same suspect, whose image was captured on a surveillance camera.
