Jonathan Rodriguez Arzuaga is wanted in Fredericksburg, Va., for the alleged rape of a child, police said.
Arzuaga, 20, was charged with rape of a victim under the age of 13, forcible sodomy and abduction for alleged offenses at a home on Airport Avenue, according to police. He was an acquaintance of the victim’s family.
Arzuaga is described as a white man standing about 5-feet-8-inches tall and weighing about 175 pounds. He has pierced ears and a pierced eyebrow.
The suspect has relatives in the Woodford area of Caroline County, according to police.
