D.C. police were investigating a stabbing Monday night near Howard University in Northwest Washington.
The man was attacked near Georgia Avenue and Gresham Place NW, police said about 9:35 p.m. He was conscious and breathing, police said.
No information on what preceded the stabbing was released.
