One person is recovering in a hospital after a freight train carrying coal hit a car on Old Frederick Road in Ellicott City, Maryland.
The crash occurred near the Baltimore County line at about 4:25 a.m. Saturday.
The driver of the car was seriously injured and transported to a hospital, though the driver's injuries were not life-threatening.
The conductor of the train was not hurt.
