Three suspects, including a mother and her teenage son, have been identified in connection with the killing of a man whose body was discovered near a bus stop in an affluent Maryland neighborhood in February, police said.

Jenny Jaimes, 37, Juan Rivera-Ingles, 18, and Jose Perdomo-Jaimes, 17, have been charged with first degree murder for the death of 25-year-old Francisco De La O De La Cruz, the Prince George’s County Police Department said.

Rivera-Ingles is currently in custody in Montgomery County and is awaiting transfer to Prince George's County. Police said Jaimes and her son Perdomo-Jaimes are on the run. Rivera-Ingles is an acquaintance of theirs.

A woman who takes the bus to work discovered the body of De La O De La Cruz along the side of Old Georgetown Road near Lone Oak Drive about 5:30 p.m. Feb. 25 and called police.

The body was covered by a bag or tarp and was partially open, the woman said. When she pulled it back, she saw two legs.

A police investigation revealed that De La O De la Cruz and Jaimes were in a romantic relationship, and that they got into a domestic dispute prior to the killing.

Police said he was killed inside a home where he lived in the 9000 block of Rhode Island Avenue in College Park and his body was then dumped in Bethesda.

The bus stop where De La O De La Cruz was found isn't far from the popular Wildwood Shopping Center. Three churches and a child care center are also nearby.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jaimes and Perdomo-Jaimes were asked to call Prince George’s County detectives at 301-772-4925.
