A man died and three people were injured in a two-car crash in Northwest D.C., according to D.C. Fire and EMS.
Two vehicles were crushed against a tree at Constitution Avenue and 19th Street about 12:30 a.m. Sunday.
Two people were trapped in the wreckage, according to D.C. Fire and EMS.
Rescuers removed a man who was flown by Park Police helicopter to The George Washington University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
A woman was removed and taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
Two other people were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, D.C. Fire and EMS said.
