Man Dies After Stabbing in Southeast D.C.

A man who was stabbed in Southeast D.C. Tuesday has died of his injuries.

Police found the victim, 38-year-old Edward Eugene Hall Jr., at the intersection of 1st and Brandywine streets SE shortly after 11 p.m. Tuesday.

Hall, who was a resident of Southwest D.C., was taken to a local hospital, where he was admitted in critical condition.

He died Wednesday, police said.

They are now investigating Hall's death as a homicide.
