A man who recorded under the dresses of a girl and a woman at a Virginia Wal-Mart last month was arrested Friday morning, Fairfax County Police said.
A man secretly recorded under the dresses of a 10-year-old girl and a 36-year-old woman at the Burke Wal-Mart May 14.
The girl’s mother confronted him and he left before police responded, police said.
A Crime Solvers tip led police to 53-year-old Guy Joseph Parsons of Fairfax, police said. He is charged with unlawful filming of a minor.
