    A D.C. firefighter is fighting for his life on Saturday after a roadside crash in Pennsylvania. 

    The firefighter remains in critical condition, D.C. fire officials confirm.

    He was standing in front of his truck along Interstate-81 when another truck rear-ended the vehicle, causing the truck to strike him.

    D.C. Fire and EMS called for prayers for the firefighter's family Saturday on Twitter.
