Police are investigating a double shooting that happened on Sunday afternoon in northwest D.C.
According to authorities, shots were fired after 2:15 p.m. Authorities responded to the 1700 block of 8th Street Northwest, near the intersection of R Street. The two shooting victims are adult males.
Their injuries are not considered life-threatening. They have both been transported to the hospital.
The motive in the shooting has yet to be established.
