The body of a white male was discovered by two hikers near the Billy Goat trail in the Wide Water area of the Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historic Park in Great Falls, Md.
The man has been identified as 48-year old Maxwell Kleiman of Washington, D.C.
United States Park Police responded to the scene early Saturday afternoon.
