Prince George's County police are investigating a deadly crash that shut down a portion of Indian Head Highway for several hours.
A car was crossing Indian Head Highway at Pine Drive when it was struck by another vehicle just after 9 p.m.
The driver who was struck died at the scene. Police say the driver of the other vehicle suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Indian Head Highway was closed for several hours for the police investigation. The road reopened at 5:30 a.m. Friday.
