EDEN, Md. -- Two Maryland teenagers are facing charges after allegedly setting a boy's hair on fire and recording the attack.
The victim was sleeping early Sunday at a home in Eden when he was attacked. Forrest Wilson, 17, of Allen, poured lighter fluid on the teen's hair and set it on fire, police said. A 14-year-old is accused of recording the attack on a cell phone camera.
Both teens face several charges, including assault. Wilson is charged as an adult, and the alleged accomplice is charged as a juvenile.
The victim managed to extinguish the flames.
