Shia LaBeouf deserves a hand for sucking it up on-set.
The "Transformers" star will never fully heal from a severe hand injury he sustained in a car accident last year, he told Entertainment Weekly.
He'll regain about 80 percent of the strength in his left hand, but one of his knuckles will be permanently out of alignment, said LaBeouf, who will undergo his third round of surgery on the injury this week.
"My middle finger is still crooked as a f---ing noodle," said LaBeouf, 22, a former child star who was also featured in the hit thriller "Disturbia" and last year's "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull."
LaBeouf's Ford truck flipped in Los Angeles last July, crushing the bones in his hand so badly that one finger was entirely smashed.
"It's hard to do anything. It's hard to button your pants or brush your teeth, let alone jump off a three-story building into a pad," said LaBeouf, who almost immediately after he sustained the injury returned to the set of "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen," the $200 million sequel to the first "Transformers" film.
"You just gotta grab your balls and move forward. There's nothing else to do," LaBeouf said.
The actor was also injured a few more times on the set of the "Transformers" sequel -- he got a total of 25 stitches on his face and body during filming, he said.
"This movie was the most physical thing I've ever had to do, and I had to do it with a broken hand. It's the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my life," he said.
"Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" will debut in theaters June 24.
