Judge Turns Down Motion to Dismiss Charges in Hot Car Death Case

A Fairfax judge turned down a motion to dismiss charges against a father whose son died in a hot car in the summer.
Miles Harrison is on trial for involuntary manslaughter for 21-month-old Chase Harrison's death.
He forgot to drop his son off at day care and left him in the car for nine hours while he was at work.
