Outsideindc.com is a guide to biking in the district. It provides detailed bike routes for commuting or fun, bike theft stats in real time, and a listing of Craigslist posts to shop for equipment.
Outsideindc.com is a community space meant to make DC more bike friendly, states their website. It was created for the www.AppsforDemocracy.com competition, which is to show what great community tools - like the site - are possible when governments open up their data and let people use it.
