WASHINGTON — Tuesday afternoon’s storm left thousands of power outages in its wake.
Dominion Virginia Power reported nearly 7,000 customers are in the dark as of 2 p.m — about 4,500 of which are in Fauquier County.
Baltimore Gas and Electric reports just shy of 12,000 outages for its customers – a majority of which impact Baltimore County, where more than 2,700 customers are in the dark.
In D.C., more than 30 Pepco customers are impacted by outages and fewer than 15 customers are in the dark in Montgomery County.
