WASHINGTON — Detectives in Montgomery County, Maryland, are investigating after two people were found dead Monday night inside a car that was parked along a residential street in the Montgomery Village area.
Police said they received a 911 call from someone who reported hearing gunshots in the 8200 block of Gallery Court, just south of East Village Avenue, around 10:45 p.m.
When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered the bodies inside the car.
Both people had been shot and were pronounced dead at the scene.
As of Tuesday morning, police had not released details about any suspects or the victims.
