West Virginia's gambling industry is about to get a little bigger.
The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs kicks off four-star gambling tonight. It will host Hollywood dignitaries during an opening gala at the resort.
Greenbrier owner Jim Justice has said he hopes the casino will help restore the resort to profitability. Voters approved The Greenbrier's casino in 2008.
Not to be outdone, Charles Town Races' Hollywood Casino also marked its full opening Friday. Jefferson County voters approved that operation last November. Hollywood Casino features table games and live tournament poker among other things.
