Even with all the hubbub in D.C. this weekend, local restaurants haven’t forgotten Halloween.

BrightestYoungThings has a great roundup of events, which include a costume party at Masa 14 and a Ghost Roast at Poste (555 8th St. N.W.), which includes roasted goat, pumpkin cocktails, and Heirloom pumpkin soup for $48 with wine pairings.

Chef Tony Marciante of Chef Tony’s in Bethesda tweeted out his new peroxide ‘do, done just in time for his restaurant’s Halloween party last night.

Meridian Pint (3400 11th St. N.W.) is offering six different pumpkin beers on Saturday and Sunday with a $2 discount.

Afterwords Cafe at Kramerbooks (1517 Connecticut Ave. N.W.) is holding a Fear & Sanity Halloween brunch this weekend, which includes dishes like the Sanity/Fear Drunken Nutty Pumpkin Mousse Cake.

Morso (3277A M St. N.W.) is hosting a Venetian-themed Halloween party on Saturday with Georgetown Tobacco and lingerie store Celine de Paris. Those who come "masqueraded and corseted" get a free cocktail.
