You never know what you're going to get from Chris Cooley.
We've seen Captain Chaos flaunting his junk on his own blog. He's worn hot pants on the practice field. Even more remarkable was the fact that he married a (now former) Washington Redskins cheerleader despite wearing the short shorts in public.
And now, we bring you this: Chris Cooley doing the peanut butter jelly time dance May 16 at a bat mitzvah at FedEx Field.
We're really not sure yet about the circumstances behind the appearance, but we can tell you this, Stephanie's friends said it was "the best party they've ever, ever been to!"
