President Barack Obama is unveiling a major executive action, offering relief from the threat of deportation to millions of people currently in the country illegally, according to NBC News' First Read.
"What I am going to be laying out is the things that I can do with my lawful authority as president, to make the system work better," Obama said in a Facebook video previewing the speech.
