Former Maryland governor Bob Ehrlich became an early voter Thursday, even though he vetoed an early voting program when he was in office.
When asked why he chose to participate in the program he was against, Ehrlich just laughed.
Ehrlich, a Republican, has repeatedly pointed out the costs of early voting. Ehrlich said if he becomes governor again, he would "keep an open mind" about changes to the program.
