The chase lasted for more than an hour

A motorcyclist was arrested after leading police on a chase throughout northern Virginia during the Friday afternoon rush.

About 4:35 p.m. Friday, a Fairfax County police officer tried to stop Anders N. Kinsler, 20, of Sterling, Virginia, for not having resgistration displayed while he was riding a Honda motorcycle, police said.
