Prince George's County police arrested two men in connection with the fatal shooting of Dalonte Allen Jackson inside a Forestville gas station early Monday morning.

The men are identified as 22-year-old Alex Micah Marshall of Northeast D.C. and 19-year-old Dominick Payne of Southeast D.C.

Investigators said this was a targeted shooting connected to a drug-related robbery.

Both Payne and Marshall have been charged with first and second degree murder.

Police say the 25-year-old Jackson, who was a resident of Fort Washington, was inside the BP gas station in the 3200 block of Walters Lane when he was shot at 3 a.m.

Payne was arrested Monday near the scene of the shooting. Marshall was arrested Tuesday in the 4900 block of Sheriff Road in Northeast D.C.

Payne is being held at the Department of Corrections without the possibility of bail. Marshall is awaiting extradition to Prince George's County.
