D.C. police say a 16-year-old boy was shot in the leg Friday afternoon in the city's NoMa neighborhood.
Crews responded to 28 Hanover Place NW around 3:30 p.m. where they found the teen with gunshot injuries to the leg.
Police have not yet determined a motive, but say the suspect remains on the lam. Officers added the victim was "known to police."
