Suspect Sought in Northeast Double Homicide

A 38-year-old man is wanted in the shooting deaths of a pair of siblings this summer in Northeast D.C. 

Jamahl Jenkins, 21, and Jamie Jenkins, 28, were found unresponsive in the 5300 block of East Capitol Street NE overnight July 20. Jamie Jenkins was transported to a local hospital and later pronounced dead, and Jamahl Jenkins was pronounced at the scene.

Their mother told News4 Jamie Jenkins' small tablet computer and cell phone was stolen that evening -- she had stopped by a friend's place to call her brother, and the siblings were later found dead.

D.C. Police need the public's help locating 38-year-old Kevin A. Walker on first-degree murder while armed charges. He is described as a black man, standing 5'8", weighing 195 pounds with brown eyes, black hair and medium complexion.
