UPDATE: A preliminary autopsy report found the remains to be those of a woman aged 25-40 years old.
Human skeletal remains have been found off I-95 in Stafford, Va., the Stafford County Sheriff's Office reports.
The driver of a tractor-trailer found the remains Thursday morning around 9:15 a.m. He had parked his trailer on an off-ramp at exit 140, and saw the remains in a wooded area nearby.
The Stafford County Sheriff's Office is investigating in conjunction with the Virginia State Police
