A man was charged with having inappropriate relations with a teenager last month in Prince William County, police said.
On May 18, Manassas City police responded to a call for a stolen cell phone in the area of Hood Road and Calypso Drive.
Juan Reyes Balbuena told officials he let a 15-year-old boy borrow his phone and that the teen was refusing to give it back to him, police said.
Investigators found Balbuena, 27, was having inappropriate relations with the teenage boy and that the phone was a gift from Balbuena to the teen.
Balbuena was arrested and charged with two counts of crimes against nature. He is being held at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center without bond.
